Refund & Shipping policy


Returns (UK and All other countries)


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain items are non returnable due to the nature of the limited quantity available.

Please contact our support team here and ask if a product is returnable before purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refund or Replacement (if applicable)

If the product is faulty or damaged in transit we will send a replacement free of charge.

If the order is not received in 60 days from the shipping date we send a replacement or a partial refund (for the lost package) or a full refund if all packages are lost, according to buyer choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it. Please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable for canceled orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

To return your product,please contact us here, our support team will provide you with a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should use only trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if your returned item is lost in transit we don't hold responsibility.

The delivery of the returned item can be verified in the tracking interface using the tracking number you have.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days, usually orders are dispatched in the next 1-2 days.

Most of the orders are delivered within two weeks, however some orders may take up to 60 days to get delivered, usually due to remote shipping addresses or custom delays.
