Returns (UK and All other countries)
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please ensure that the item shows no signs of wear or damage, as this may affect eligibility. Certain items are non-returnable due to their limited availability or specific nature. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend contacting our support team before making a purchase to confirm whether a product qualifies for returns.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, gift cards and items explicitly marked as non-returnable on their product pages. Please note that items returned directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted, and such returns may delay resolution.

Returns may also be denied, or a partial refund may be issued, under circumstances where the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error. Furthermore, any returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery will not qualify for a full refund.

Refund or Replacement
If your order is not delivered within 60 days from the shipping date, you have the option to choose between a replacement, a partial refund for the lost package, or a full refund if all packages in your order are confirmed lost.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact our support team promptly to report such issues and include photographic evidence where possible to expedite the process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. The exact timeline for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Order Cancellations
Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled upon request. However, please note that transaction fees incurred during the purchase process are non-refundable. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

In cases where a parcel is undeliverable or uncollected and returned to the sender, the shipping and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that these fees may differ from the original shipping amount paid due to promotional rates or varying logistics costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check your bank account to confirm the transaction.
Contact your credit card company, as processing times for refunds can vary.
Reach out to your bank for further clarification regarding their processing timeline.

Return Shipping Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact our support team to receive the correct return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Depending on the item, returns should be sent to our designated warehouses in Lithuania or China.

For a smooth return process, it is mandatory to use a trackable shipping service to verify the delivery of your returned item. This step is crucial as it allows both parties to confirm receipt of the returned package. Please retain the tracking number provided by your courier, as this will serve as proof of delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and external factors such as customs clearance or local logistics. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, but some may take up to 60 days, particularly for remote locations or when customs delays occur.
